Review: Calbee Jagabee & What IS The Storyline For These NBA Finals?
JFG Nation, it’s NBA Finals time – the Warriors vs. the Cavs. Warriors are -240 to win the series, which means you need to bet $240 to win $100. The Warriors are favored, and why shouldn’t they be? They added the West MVP to their already record breaking team of last year. They SHOULD be favored.
That seems like a boring storyline though, right? That an already great team added a great player, so they should sweep through the finals? I guess seeing a team go 16-0 in the playoffs would be quite a storyline.
What about the storyline of the Curry-Durant relationship? Who’s the alpha? Will Draymond Green kick someone in the nuts again? And what about Lebron? He’s been in seven straight finals. SEVEN! Is he greater than Jordan? But wait – Kobe went to seven finals and won 5. Which Kevin Love shows up? And why is no one discussing the fact that Cleveland’s bench is better than Golden State’s? Also, why has Kevin Durant been prickly all season long?

Today’s junk food: Calbee Jagabee!!
Quick review of these French Fry looking potato snacks brought to me by my Doctor Sis when she was in Japan. JAGABEEEEEEE! These thick potato sticks come in a variety flavors and I THINK this one is the Butter Soy sauce flavored ones…but I can’t read Japanese so dot quote me.
DO THESE TASTE GOOD? YES.
WHY OR WHY NOT? These are a crunchier version of Andy Capp’s fries that taste EXACTLY like KFC mashed potatoes and gravy. Like, EXACTLY. It’s uncanny. Where did the gravy flavor come from?? How is this possible?? These don’t taste like potato chips, they TASTE LIKE KFC MASHED POTATOES AND GRAVY. Holy cow.
ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW? Seriously, someone else go find these in an Asian food store and tell me these don’t taste like KFC mashed potatoes and gravy. I could eat a crate of these. The package had like seven fries in it. BOOOO CALBEE.
