Ok, let’s just get to it – I didn’t love these New Nabisco Veggie Good Thins. I’m a big fan of rice crackers, and the texture of these is correct (light, crispy, and easy to crunch). But while I’m a fan of subtlety and letting the cracker shine, this was TOO subtle.

The smell from the box was FAAAAIIIIINT red pepper smell. As I chewed these crackers, I got 1/100th of the veggie flavor I was used to from other veggie snacks I’d had in the past. The main problem – these Good Thins forgot to add enough onion or garlic powder to at least give off a savory flavor. These had virtually no umami notes.

So yeah…these had a LOT of potential but fell WAAAY flat to me. No re-buy.

PURCHASED AT: Safeway, Chevy Chase, DC

COST: $2.79
