Licking Back…I Mean, Looking Back

Junk Food Nation, while I was in the Aria (or was it the Monte Carlo?  I dunno, all those casinos blend together after 16 rum and Cokes) I happened upon the this candy store:

LICK! My tongue is nice and pink, thanks.

Brilliant, right? “LICK: what color is your tongue?” I thought it was a genius name for a candy store since we’ve all had tongue-color-hanging candy before.  And it got me all nostalgic and thinking about this blog, and then I had the crazy thought: yikes, what if something is going wrong with my blog? What if the posts I wrote aren’t auto-posting, or my server crashed or whatnot???

So I thought I’d spend today just recapping the past two weeks, in case anyone missed anything.  Take a walk with me down memory lane, will you?  And if anyone missed a post – just click on the photo and you’ll be magically transported away…well, to another webpage.  Cough.

And by the way – thanks to everyone for driving my traffic up more and more each day.  Feels nice.

    Boo, clip show. Booooo!

  2. Ha – I always loved the clip shows as a kid! 🙂

A thought about the Doritos Locos Taco shirt – would you really have worn it? More than once before tossing it in the Goodwill pile? When it comes to t-shirts – especially ones I see at Shirt.Woot! – I’ve adopted the logic of Jason from Home Movies – “Take a picture – it will last longer.”

    Indeed…

@Teresapalooza: I dunno…maybe I would’ve worn the t-shirt more than once. I really wanted it… someone actually offered to sell me one for $20, but they didn’t have my size small.
